Healthy Soup Creations are Born

I just made a lovely soup of sorts that my belly can tolerate...I thinK: Boiled and mashed new potatoes, organic vegetable both, ground fresh ginger and a little bit of black pepper. I am recommitting to my goal to give my gut a rest until it can really take solid foods but I'm finding myself obsessed with food and flavor.
